Its history in Latvia goes back to 18th century in Riga. Everything here is carefully hand-made. The Real Fine Rye Bread is made exclusively of fine rye flour by using natural yeast, dulcified, fermented scald, as well as rye malt and caraway seeds. It is baked on a hearth in a wood-heated stove. It is this baking procedure that provides the Real Fine Rye Bread with its special taste, smell, and the highest nutritional value. After baking, this bread doesn't need to mature and it is softer and spongier than rye bread.
