The beloved and well-loved almond-honey triangle cookies have this time been supplemented with Latvia's most valuable berries - cranberries. The base is made from a delicious shortbread dough, the recipe of which is unchanged and is kept in the LĀČI family's dowry. As usual, these cookies are made from honey collected in Latvia, which our diligent bees have gathered from the beautiful flower meadows. In order to give a real feeling of the Latvian national holiday, the triangle cookies are dressed in a beautiful and patriotic package.
